Tell us what you're making

The most useful first message is a description of the product and what has gone wrong so far. You don't need a brief.

What to include

  • What the product is. A plain description is fine.
  • Where you are with it — an idea, a prototype, or already shipping.
  • What you think you need. Being wrong about this is normal, and part of the job is telling you when the answer is fewer things than you came in expecting.
  • Anything with a date attached — a trade show, a print run, a marketplace launch. If a deadline is driving the project, lead with it.

What we’ll tell you

Which of the five services you actually need, whether the identity has to be settled first, and a scope and price before anything starts. If your project needs something we don’t do, we would rather say so now than three weeks in.

Where we are

American Fork, Utah, working remotely and nationally. There is no walk-in studio — the work happens over video, email and files.

What happens next

We read everything that comes in and reply to anything that is a real enquiry. If it's a fit we'll suggest a call; if it isn't, we'll say so rather than going quiet.
